Residential Carpet Cleaning.
Step 1: Our technician will perform a detailed inspection with you to identify soil conditions, carpet construction, and stains.
Step 2 – Please pre-vacuum to remove dry and soluble dirt prior to arrival. Larger furniture will be left in place. All furniture left in place will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs to prevent the transfer of color from the wood to the carpet.
Step 3– Stains and stains will be pretreated for maximum removal. Traffic areas are pretreated with a biodegradable solution.
Step 4 – Once the soil is loosened, our technicians will begin our cleaning process with truck-mounted hot water extraction. The pressure and heat will be regulated to prevent the carpet from getting too wet. The pH level is balanced on each mat that occurs during this extraction and rinsing process. If stains are not removed during the cleaning process, special stain removal techniques are used.
Step 5– Our technician will perform a final analysis with you to tell you the cleaning results and make sure you are 100% satisfied.
